International Burch University offers a part-time job opportunity to its students, which is an excellent way for them to gain work experience and earn some money while working in friendly environment. Main units of the University students can work in are Library, IT Center and assist to Heads of Departments, PR Department and Student Affairs Office. The selection of the students who will work part-time is done by the Heads of Departments, who are close enough to students, and can decide who are the ones that can stand by working and still be a good student.

Organizations done by IBU until now, in which the great part of the organization was carried out by part-time and volunteer students are International Symposium on Sustainable Development (ISSD 2009 & ISSD 2010), Turkish Language Days and English Language Days activities, Charity Concert and a Benefit Sale for flood affected people in B&H and many other seminars and conferences.
