Administrative, legal and technical affairs at the University are performed by the Secretariat of University through professional services, office of the Rector and Vice-Rectors. The Secretariat is managed by the Secretary General, who performs the tasks within the activities of the University and its bodies in the following areas:

- publishing;
- international cooperation;
- finance;
- investment construction;
- protocol tasks and public relations;
- information - documentation support;
- economic and technical activities;
- facilities management and their security;
